Frequently Asked Questions How is this course different from the other paralegal courses at UM?
This is offered as advanced training for our paralegal graduates or working
professionals who have experience in the field. It is also a shorter, more
in-depth specialty class. Students meet once a week for 13 weeks. Please call

and/or credentials for the course.
Who is The Fund? Why are they helping to create this class?
The Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. (The Fund) works to manage practices
of real estate attorneys. They are the largest title insurance underwriter
in the state of Florida (6th Nationwide). One of their goals is to serve and
protect the public by providing educational support and development. To help
reach their own goals to develop real estate education, the University of Miami
has partnered with The Fund to bring this opportunity to our own paralegal
