WEEKEND AND TELEPHONE COURSES DESIGNED FOR THE WORKING PROFESSIONAL

The Proficient Coach Certificate Program is a 60 hour, five month program designed for those interested in a career in coaching who want outstanding training as a starting point for serving clients. It is also designed for the leader, manager, human resource professional, teacher, or service professional (doctors, lawyers, counselors, consultants, etc) who wants to dramatically improve their ability to communicate, motivate, inspire, and empower others. The program best serves those who have at least a bachelor's degree or who have several years of solid career or business experience. The program is designed and delivered in two in-person weekends and six evening telecourses so that you can successfully complete the program even while in another career or job. Most importantly, the program is designed for those who are interested in an intensive, experiential and complete learning and are willing to commit to the work necessary to become a truly proficient coach.
