NOTE: This is an online course.

Issues related to organizational ethical and social responsibility will be discussed. These will include aspects such as: conflict resolution, organizational culture, role of leadership and its relation to the rest of the organization and society at large, sense of mission, vision and core values. The main emphasis of this course is to define the most effective approach to lead a complex organization such as a Blood Center or a Transfusion Service.
