This course presents various leadership principles and models to manage health care organizations in a continuous social and technical changing environment. In addition, this course will present methods to stimulate motivation, develop organizational skills, manage effective teams, identify appropriate use of formal authority, build-up individual credibility, trustworthiness, and lead institutional changes.
