NOTE: This is an online course.

This course will present managerial concepts according to the functions of planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling, which are relevant to all kind of organizations. The students will learn to integrate these functions into a system which link the organization with the external environment. In particular, this course will emphasize new concepts in management by objectives, decision making under certainty, uncertainty and risk, managing change and organizational development, and preventive control.
