NOTE: This is an online course.

This course will allow the student to prepare and develop a strategic planning process suited to the individual organizational needs. Emphasis will be given to the organization as part of the overall health care system, its role and obligations to the community, stakeholders and other interested parties. The student will learn how to use SWOT analysis to decide the basic objectives of the organization and choose a viable strategy to achieve them. The importance of the involvement of all levels of the organization into the strategic planning process will be also discussed.
