Photoshop For Web Design - 24 hours

The 24-hour (three week) UM Advanced Web Designer 1 - Photoshop for Web Designer course teaches the advance skills needed to become a professional web designer. New Adobe Photoshop will help you create powerful images with the professional standard for your website. Not only are students taught hands-on skills, but also theory needed to design and create a successful Web site.

Prerequisite

• Completion of UM Web Designer Certificate Program or
  
• Extensive experiences with creating a website in Dreamweaver

Objectives

• Familiarize with the Photoshop interface by exploring the Toolbox, Panels, and Menus
  
• Understand the layer and how it works in Photoshop
  
• Prepare your images for publishing to the website

Length of Course

• 24 hours spread over three weeks.
• Classes are offered during the evenings (6 - 10 p.m.) and on Weekends (Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
